Remember the pleasure of sharing something you love with someone you love? An afternoon spent together, a conversation that wandered, a new experience that became a cherished memory?
Some of life's most meaningful moments aren't grand occasions. They're the simple ones, when we make time for each other and discover something wonderful along the way.
At the Dove Block Project, we're creating a place where those moments happen.
One Workshop. Two Generations. A Beautiful Beginning.
This September, a grandmother and her granddaughter attended a Dove workshop together. For a little while, the rest of the world could wait. They had their own special time to experiment, create, laugh, and enjoy being together.
They loved the experience so much that the grandmother decided to give her granddaughter something that would last beyond that afternoon: a membership to the Dove Block Project.
And there's an exciting next chapter! This December, her granddaughter will have the opportunity to exhibit her own artwork in the Dove's Members Show.
What began as a shared afternoon of creativity has blossomed into something more: a young artist's chance to see her work in a gallery, a grandmother's gift of encouragement, and a memory they'll carry with them for years.
